Today's lunch: multigrain toast with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, and roasted tomatoes. Today the chef said, "she always gets scrambled eggs". (I can't help it, they're real nice).
Growing up in an Italian family, food has always been a large part of my life. Food is changing nowadays, with more people experimenting, with produce, presentation and flavours, and that is what has fuelled this project - to document my journey through the food world in Melbourne.
