Today's lunch: scrambled eggs, roasted tomato and mushroom salsa, fishcakes, and a piece of sourdough toast - made up by one of my friends in the kitchen.

Growing up in an Italian family, food has always been a large part of my life. Food is changing nowadays, with more people experimenting, with produce, presentation and flavours, and that is what has fuelled this project - to document my journey through the food world in Melbourne.
