Today's lunch: multigrain toast, poached eggs, mushrooms, spinach, and a tangy salad (I'm really enjoying this salad. I think it's got a lemon and vinegar dressing).
Growing up in an Italian family, food has always been a large part of my life. Food is changing nowadays, with more people experimenting, with produce, presentation and flavours, and that is what has fuelled this project - to document my journey through the food world in Melbourne.
