Diary of a Cafe Waitress

It's been a while because I've been eating the same things recently and I didn't want to bore you, but today I had something different!

Today's lunch: the three people on staff today are all on a bit of a health kick, so the chef decided to whip up a massive salad for all of us to share, made of spinach, tomato, mushroom, feta, and coriander, with two soft poached eggs on top. It was delicious, I felt healthier with every bite.
